THE TRAINER FACE 2026

Training methods
  • The training class will be divided into teams to participate in the "THE TRAINER FACE 2026" competition.
  • VAPT's Training Director (Mr. Nguyen Dinh Minh Phu) will review the basic theories of each content and Mr. Phu will be the judge in the competition.
  • After each content is reviewed, each team will have to nominate 1 member of their team to compete with the rest of the teams.
  • Based on the scoring criteria (fully showing the content that has been reviewed, confidence, and charisma when standing in class), the judges will select only 1 winner in each round.
  • Before making a decision in each round, the Judges have detailed comments for each internal trainer to know the advantages and disadvantages to improve.
  • The team with the winning member will have the right to make a decision for the remaining teams (only 1 more winner can be selected in the current round). The winning team has a good reason to eliminate the contestants who are not selected.
  • Before the winning team makes a decision, the contestants have a maximum of 3 minutes to convince themselves so that they are not eliminated.
  • There are 06 rounds in total, after all rounds, the team with the fewest eliminated contestants will be the winner
  • The winning team will be honored and receive the "THE TEAM OF TRAINER FACE 2026" Cup
  • All participating members are issued a Certificate of the program.
